Introduction to Drawing


Drawing is one of the major forms of expression within the visual arts. It is generally concerned with the marketing lines and areas of tone onto paper. It expresses the accurate representation of the visual world upon a plane surface. 

The module is aim to assist students to familiarise the basic representation of the built and natural environment through drawings. It engages students with different techniques of drawing and encourages them to explore different methods of drawing to enable them to he module is aim to assist students to familiarise the basic representation of the built and natural environment through drawings. The module will be presented in the form of a studio with lectures, workshops, tutorials, student presentations and class discussion.
