This is the one and only assignment for the module, Basic Accounting.
For this assignment, we need to select a public company either domestic or international engaged in trading physical goods as our research subject.
We were required to form a group with 3 members. We had to provide a brief background history of the company, recent development, and a ratio analysis of the business annual report for the last two years. For my group, we decided to do research on BMW.
At first, we wanted to do a research on Unilever but since the website is not updated with recent P&L Statements and some of the figures were 0 as they were private. Hence, we changed to BMW.
